From the moment you call in to the office you are greeted with a friendly representative that is eager to answer any question you may have. If you are in need of a repair, an appointment can be set up for a service technician to come out and diagnose the problem.
Each service technician is well trained and certified to work on HVAC equipment. They are also drug screened and background checked, so you can feel comfortable with who you have coming to your home. You will receive a phone call from the technician letting you know that he/she is on their way. The technician will arrive in a company labeled vehicle that is fully stocked. Before the technician enters your home they will place floor protectors over their shoes to prevent any loose dirt or mud from being left on your floor. Each technician is trained to diagnose current problems and identify any potential failures that may occur. Once the cause of failure is determined the technician will send all the information back to the office, where OEM replacement parts and pricing is verified. Since most units carry some kind of warranty, the serial number is also checked to see if any warranty remains. At this point the technician will be able to provide a detailed quote for the repair. Once the repair is approved, the technician will make all repairs to manufacturer’s specifications. When the job is complete, the technician will review the work with you, and will be able to accept payment.
